The work involved will include the following: Demolition of the concrete and steel-framed building, and site reclamation activities. Proposals shall include all costs to remove, salvage and/or dispose of all materials, and reclaim the site. The Administration Building is approximately 22,000 square feet, it is a three-story building that is unfinished.

Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE)
The Grand Junction Regional Airport Authority has established an Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) program at the Grand Junction Regional Airport in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 23.
The proposed goals for these programs for the FAA Fiscal Years (FY) - 2020-2021-2022; October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2019 will be:
ACDBE goal of 0.40% for car rental concessions, and
ACDBE goal of 0% for non-rental car concessions.
The proposed goal methodologies are available for public inspection at the Grand Junction Regional Airport Administrative Offices during normal business hours. The proposed goal methodologies are also available on the Airport’s website (www.gjairport.com). The public inspection period is thirty (30) days beginning September 25, 2019.

Grand Junction Regional Airport Authority (“GJRAA”) seeks to establish a fixed price contract with a qualified auditing firm to provide independent financial statement audit services for the next five (5) calendar years, beginning with the year ending December 31, 2019. Additional services related to consultation in other areas of accounting and audit may be solicited from the firm selected by the proposal process, however, GJRAA reserves the right to solicit such services from other sources as well and these consulting services are not included in the scope of this RFP.
