RFI - ACDBE Goal Methodology

Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE)
Public Notice

The Grand Junction Regional Airport Authority has established an Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) program at the Grand Junction Regional Airport in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 23.

The proposed goals for these programs for the FAA Fiscal Years (FY) - 2020-2021-2022; October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2019 will be:

ACDBE goal of 0.40% for car rental concessions, and
ACDBE goal of 0% for non-rental car concessions.

The proposed goal methodologies are available for public inspection at the Grand Junction Regional Airport Administrative Offices during normal business hours. The proposed goal methodologies are also available on the Airport’s website (www.gjairport.com). The public inspection period is thirty (30) days beginning September 25, 2019.

Written comments will be accepted for a period of forty-five (45) days beginning September 25, 2019. RFP - Security Services

The objective of the proposal is to select a qualified company to provide armed security guard services for the Grand Junction Regional Airport Authority who serves as the operator of the Grand Junction Regional Airport. The Grand Junction Regional Airport Authority (“Authority”) solicits Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from responsible, qualified full-service planning and environmental services professionals to provide services for the Authority on a range of Terminal and Landside projects over a five (5)-year timeframe. Specific projects will be identified, and a specific scope of services developed for each project. The selected Respondent may be required to provide special consultation services through sub consultant(s).
