Accessibility Around the Airport

At GJT, we’re committed to making every passenger’s travel experience easy, comfortable, and safe. We strictly follow ADA requirements and provide facilities including, automatic doors, crosswalks, curb cuts, ramped access, and elevators.

Airline ticket counters, point-of-sale counters, restrooms, drinking fountains, ATMs, and public seating areas are all ADA-compliant and wheelchair accessible.

Wheelchair Assistance

To ensure a smooth journey, we recommend requesting wheelchair assistance in advance when booking your flight or by contacting your airline directly.

Screening Assistance

TSA offers screening information and assistance to travelers upon request through TSA Cares at (855)-787-2227. We strongly recommend contacting TSA Cares at least 72 hours prior to your departure to ensure timely coordination of your request. TSA Cares can provide information about screening procedures, arrange for special assistance, and address any concerns.

Parking

Ample accessible parking spaces are available. Curb cuts and ramps are available for easy access to the terminal from all parking areas.

Need assistance with ground transportation? We offer accessible transportation options to and from the airport. Please note that some local providers require a 24-hour advance notice for wheelchair accessible vehicles.
